When you pre-order the new album from the NB USA / CM Distro web shop, e-mail us at mail@nuclearblastusa.com (E-mail Subject must read: TESTAMENT - Radio Contest Entry) and include your name, order confirmation number AND the radio station name where you heard the new TESTAMENT single, "True American Hate."

If your local radio station receives the most entries, the band will be coming to your town to play a show! Best of all, anyone who submitted their valid contest entry for the winning station will also receive FREE entry into the show!

Dark Roots of Earth, the band’s highly anticipated 10th studio album, is due out on July 31st in North America via Nuclear Blast Records. It’s the group’s first release in over four years following 2008’s critically acclaimed, The Formation Of Damnation.

The CD was produced, mixed and mastered by acclaimed British producer Andy Sneap (ARCH ENEMY, NEVERMORE, ACCEPT, EXODUS). Special bonus tracks were recorded, mixed and mastered by Juan Urteaga (MACHINE HEAD, EXODUS, TED NUGENT, NIGHT RANGER) at his Trident Studios. Eliran Kantor, who has previously worked with ATHEIST, SIGH, ANACRUSIS and GWAR, among others, provided the cover artwork.

TESTAMENT recently wrapped up filming a music video for “Native Blood” with director, Mike Sloat. The song, whose lyrics are about vocalist Chuck Billy’s Native American heritage, was filmed at the Hopland Indian Reservation in Hopland, Calif. last weekend. TESTAMENT has also revealed several co-headlining tour-dates with fellow American thrash metal greats, ANTHRAX, in support of the summer release. The September run will feature DEATH ANGEL in support, and is slated to kick off on Sept. 14thin Sacramento, Calif. A list of all confirmed dates can be seen below.
