TESTAMENT recently hit #9 on the World Sales chart with approximately 58,500 copies sold worldwide of their new album Dark Roots of Earth in its first week of sales. Debuting on this chart is a huge accomplishment for a metal band because it includes pop artists such as ADELE, JUSTIN BIEBER, LINKIN PARK, JENNIFER LOPEZ and MAROON 5.

TESTAMENT continues to dominate the U.S. Billboard Top 200 chart, coming in at #114 in its third week after release.

In the U.S., Dark Roots of Earth scanned 20,720 copies its first week according to Nielson Soundscan and debuted at #12 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, making it TESTAMENT’s highest first week sales since the inception of Soundscan. This debut also marked the highest U.S. first week sales ever for a Nuclear Blast artist.
