ONLINE DEBUT OF SONATA ARCTICA's "SHITLOAD OF MONEY" VIDEO

2012-08-28 00:00 - “Shitload Of Money,” the new video featuring the bright lights of Las Vegas (aka “Sin City”), Nevada and Finnish melodic metal band SONATA ARCTICA, is now available for viewing on YouTube. The video was directed by Tuukka Temonen of the Finnish production company Optipari.

In his interview with Blistering.com, lead singer Tony Kakko shared some information about the song:

“[Y]ou cannot sell something you cannot buy back. A lot of people, especially on Facebook and other social media - and they should consider this! - they are putting their face and privacy out there and you can’t get it back.”

The track comes from SONATA ARCTICA’s latest album, Stones Grow Her Name, which achieved “Highest 1st Week Sales” status for the band in North America and debuted at #9 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart this past May. In Canada, the album debuted at #74 on the Top 200 and #7 on the Top Hard Music Albums chart. In Europe, Stones Grow Her Name debuted at #9 on the English rock album charts and achieved Gold status in SONATA’s native country for the ninth Finnish Gold disc of their career.
