Framus Guitars has welcomed ACCEPT guitarist Wolf Hoffmann as the newest member of their family.

States Hoffmann:

“Growing up in Germany, everybody had a Framus guitar at one point or another and I could have never anticipated that one day I would be friends with Hans Peter Wilfer, the man behind the re-birth of his father’s legendary brand. I had no idea what an amazing company they really are until I went to their factory and saw firsthand the unbelievable craftsmanship and quality they deliver. I am happy and proud to introduce my first signature guitar, a real ‘Heavy Metal Axe’ - made in Germany!”

Hoffmann will be appearing at the Framus Booth (Hall C #4576) today at the winter National Association of Music Merchants (NAMM) convention. This four-day event is held annually at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California and is not open to the general public.

Proudly representing the “Made in Germany” trademark, ACCEPT fashioned distinct musical blueprints that have influenced multiple generations of followers. They have kept their music and artistry relevant around the world and have overcome staggering odds to maintain international careers for over three decades.

In April 2012, Stalingrad - ACCEPT’s follow-up to their 2010 comeback album, Blood Of The Nations - rode the tsunami of their resurgence to a Billboard Top 200 debut at #81 and clinched the #13 slot on the Top Independent Albums chart. In Canada, the album debuted at #101 on the Top 200 Albums chart and #7 on the Top Hard Music Albums chart.
