Two Tracks from the Band’s Back Catalog Now Available for Download!

Scion A/V has partnered with Virginia’s speed metal punks MUNICIPAL WASTE to release a limited edition 7”. It will include the “non radio-friendly” version of the song “Repossession” from the band’s new album The Fatal Feast plus two re-recorded tracks from deep in the band’s discography. The tracks are available today as digital downloads at http://www.scionav.com/municipalwaste.
Guitarist Ryan Waste provides details:
“The tracks ‘Garbage Stomp’ and ‘Poser Disposer’ are from 2002 and were previously recorded for our 2nd release ever: a split 12” with Crucial Unit which is now out of print. We finally re-recorded them with Dave Witte on drums. ‘Garbage Stomp’ is the intro – which we’re bringing back on [our upcoming] tour.”
Scion A/V is providing the 7" in limited blue vinyl as part of Nuclear Blast’s super limited edition pre-order bundle for The Fatal Feast LP, which features a pop-up gatefold. Only 500 copies are available worldwide. Pre-order it here.
“With MUNICIPAL WASTE, their loyal fan-base and relentless energy bring so many opportunities for great collaborations," says Jeri Yoshizu, manager of sales promotions for Scion. "It's a pleasure to be working with them again, this time on an original release for Scion A/V."

MUNICIPAL WASTE was born in the sewers of Richmond, Virginia during 2000, with the aim of spreading the shred. Fast, furious, and funny, each of MUNICIPAL WASTE's super-short songs are memorable anthems to post-apocalyptic mutants, beer, thrash music, and... all of the above. The band's dedication to their art is deadly serious, yet they are not afraid to bring the fun back into their music and their stage antics. Bashing out songs with such titles as “Thrashing's My Business And Business Is Good” and “Thrash? Don't Mind If I Do” as well as a split EP with songs all based on Kurt Russell films to their credit, MUNICIPAL WASTE have earned themselves the honor of being the world’s ultimate 'party thrash' band.
MUNICIPAL WASTE’s fifth studio album, The Fatal Feast, is due out in the U.S. & Canada on April 10th and in Europe on April 13th.
