"De Oproeping Van Middeleeuwse Duisternis" brings together two early releases by one-woman black metal band Hulder. The disc's first five tracks comprise the "Rehearsal 8/13/18 Tape" release, which features an intro and abridged rehearsal versions of the early demo tracks, resembling a live recording in their off-the-cuff heaviness and pacing. A Celtic Frost cover symbolizes one of Hulder's main influences.
