Why do I no longer see my old orders and what happened to them?  

For technical reasons, we can NOT display your previous orders (in the old shop) in the shop. 
Unfortunately, this also affects your pending orders from the old store. These are not lost, and they will also be shipped as usual!


Where are my Blast Points? 

You should see your Blast Points in your customer account. Please note that the old points are not equal to the new points, and you will see fewer points than expected.

But don't worry, the NEW POINTS are worth more and are more versatile redeemable than in the old store. They now apply to all items and are redeemable at the checkout.

You can find your new blasts in the upper right corner of your customer profile under the tab "Blasts".

Please note that during the first upload the conversion of the old points to the new points did not work, unfortunately, and therefore we had to reduce the score to the conversion. So you may see a deduction of points there.

But the points you have now are worth more and more versatile than in the old store!

Example calculation: 
2000 Blast points in the old shop equals
500 Blasts in the new shop 

Redeeming/buying the blasts:
Current conversion rate: 
666 BLASTs = €6.66 

Blasts earned / purchased:
€2.00 spent = 1 BLASTs earned. 
Each BLASTs prize earned expires in 365 days. 

 


Will my blast points be transferred? 

YES! Your Blast points will remain and will be called "BLASTs" in the new shop.

 

Your new blasts can be found at the top right of your customer profile under the "Blasts" tab.

I'm unable to log in 

You can continue to use your existing customer account in the new NUCLEAR BLAST Shop! 
Your stored e-mail address remains the same. 


If you are NOT able to log in right away, please try to reset your password with the "Forgot Your Password?" function.

If this does not work, we have to check in detail whether your data has been transferred correctly. You are welcome to contact us for this purpose. In the meantime, it is possible to order by ordering as a guest. With the code NEWBLASTSHOP and an order value of 30€ or more, you will receive 15% as a small consolation for your patience.

If you chose to create a new account instead, we will be able to merge these accounts in the long run.

My password is incorrect 

You can continue to use your existing customer account in the new NUCLEAR BLAST Shop!

I didn't receive an email 

It may take a few minutes for the email to be sent. If no email arrives, please try again a few minutes later.

If the system does not find a matching email address, it will not be able to send an email to this address.

You can try 5 times per hour, the link in the email is available for 72 hours.

If you receive a captcha error message, you have 10 attempts, each valid for 7 minutes.

 


My watch list is no longer available 

For technical reasons, it is not possible to move the watch lists from the old shop.
