1. Terms of delivery - Foreign countries

Note to our UK customers: 
Due to Brexit there are current delays on European Road services between Continental Europe and the UK. Orders may take longer than usual to arrive.

All prices in this online shop are in Euro. If not otherwise indicated, all prices include 19% / 7% VAT (value added tax). EEC: For customers outside Germany (excluding Austria, Belgium, France, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Portugal and Italy), the prices in the online shop are valid and no other costs will be incurred (except postal charges). For shipments to the mentioned countries before, the prices shown in the online shop will be reduced by the German VAT, and the local VAT will then be added.

OUTSIDE EEC – ADDITIONAL CUSTOM CHARGES:
Our shipping charges do not include any custom charges, including VAT that your government may collect on imports. If your package is subject to these charges, it will be your responsibility to complete the payment to receive your package!

For all countries, we offer additional ways of payment, including a payment in advance option. Please pay by Advanced Money Transfer (Bank account: swift code: GENODES1VGP, IBAN: DE26610605000107721023, Volksbank Göppingen, Germany). We only accept EU standard transfer (including IBAN and swift code), otherwise the transfer tax will be charged to your account! An order is only valid for 7 days without payment - so please make sure to transfer the amount in said period.
You can also pay by credit card (Master-/Eurocard or VISA) or your PayPal account. It is absolutely necessary to provide us with your telephone number, so that we may contact you if there are problems or questions regarding your order.

We are sorry to inform you that at the moment we are not able to deliver orders to Russia/Belarus/Ukraine due to the current situation.

We will of course inform you as soon as deliveries are possible again.

2. Returns

1. To return one or more articles: Sign in to our returns portal using your order number and postal code. Follow the indicated steps to create your returns form

2. Please bear the postal cost of return, unstamped return packages can't be accepted. In justified cases (damaged or wrong item) you will of course get reimbursement.

3. Return of goods has to be within 14 days after receiving your order.

4. Please pack your return well. If possible use the package you received your order in. Damaged or lost return items can't be exchanged or refunded. 

5. Please attach the fully filled returns form to your return shipment. 

6. Textiles and shoes have to be unworn and unwashed.

7. Audio and video recordings have to be still sealed.

8. Tickets and gift certificates are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

9. Do not accept a damaged delivery
