Creatures wurden Mitte 2019 in Curitiba gegründet. Nach einigen Singles veröffentlichte Bart Gabriel auf seinem ehemaligen Label Iron Oxide Records das 2021er Debütalbum von Creatures.
Der Nachfolger »Creatures II« erblickt nun über High Roller Records das Licht der Öffentlichkeit. Er wurde zwischen September 2024 und März 2025 im Heavy Tron Studio von Arthur Migotto (Hazy Hamlet) aufgenommen. Produziert haben Mateus Cantaleano und Migotto. Sämtliche Musik und Texte stammen aus der Feder von Mateus Cantaleano. Das Album wurde eingespielt von Marc Brito (Gesang), Mateus Cantaleano (Gitarre), Ricke Nunes (Bass) und Sidnei Dubiella (Schlagzeug). Des weiteren waren mit Caio Vidal an den Keyboards sowie Arthur Migotto am Background-Gesang Gastmusiker beteiligt.

Musikalisch handelt es sich um eine Mischung aus Hardrock und Heavy Metal mit einer etwas düsteren Grundstimmung. Das ist die Essenz der Band: dynamische Riffs in Kombination mit eingängigen Refrains und etwas dunkleren Melodien.
